SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Please note that our shipping and returns are handled exclusively by Fulfillment By Amazon and not by Solutionelle. You can resolve many issues by logging into your Amazon.com account and contacting their customer service department.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You should expect to receive your refund within six weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Amazon to receive your return, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive notice, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Fulfillment By Amazon can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through your Amazon.com account.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please log in to your Amazon.com account and follow their instructions, or contact their customer service department.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
